Parke Vision Care works with many insurance carriers and payment plans.

Have no vision insurance?
VSP has individual plans for anyone that wants vision insurance. They have multiple plans to choose from that will fit your budget. Click the link and you will be directed to their website for all the information you need.
Other Accepted Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Care Credit, Most HSA cards, Cash and Check.
Regarding any Medical Insurance other than Indiana Medicaid, Medicare or Anthem plans:
We are not in network with any medical insurance other than Indiana Medicaid, Medicare, and Anthem. If your primary medical is not listed above, you will be responsible to pay for medical services at the time of your visit.
We will file with your medical insurance once as a convenience. If the insurance pays, we will reimburse you for paid services. Otherwise, you will have to submit your receipts to your insurance for out of network benefits.
If you have a vision plan that we are in network with, we will file vision benefits accordingly.
